Hi folks!
Once a month I invite 4 friends to my place for some v:tes games (around 12-15). This will be the 3rd weekend and since this seems fairly regular, I have decided to post it on my blog. This time Frankie, Csaba, Eshu and Zoli will join the event. I have built 2 new tournament decks, which really need to be tested, so here is the chance. I've tested my Hardestadt eats the World deck on one of these weekends, so it seems to be a useful thing. Let's hope for good weather so we can take a BBQ break between the rounds. I will post some pictures and a summary of the more interesting games.

ReplyDeleteIt was very cool. We played 12 matches if I am right. On saturnday we played till 3 in the morning. Die hard vtes :) Anyway I had 4 decks to cover the palette from casual to hardcore. I brought a Mata Hari ally deck, a Lutz bigcap (I love to play bigcaps its kind of a trademark), an !ventrue grinder as I never played this type of deck so gave it a try, and well... for fun a Gargoyle hatchling deck that had terrible unluck. I played it only on the 2 tables where we got a scourge of the enochians within the first 5 turns. It wasnt meant to be overly strong but this way a total fail... Lutz and Mata gave me 1-1 game wins, and I succeeded once more with Frenkie's Mistress deck. All in all for a time I dont want Zoli as a predator as more than half of the games he was on my neck, and I dont want Csabi for cross table buddy either probably ever :D (I promise last quip on this one :P) Thanks for the event :) Remember Martin I didnt mention your mind numbing jokes that I had to retort each and every turn. Or well... does this count? :D
ReplyDeleteActually your Mata deck didn't get the game win, cause you ousted me like 5-10 minutes after the 2 hours time limit, but never mind. My jokes can tap anybody without letting him untap for a while... :)
